Scheduled - Following a recent SAN infrastructure update performed by our web hosting provider, we began observing very rare and intermittent delays and spikes in internal system traffic that are impacting overall service stability. After a thorough review and direct consultation with the hosting provider, it has been determined that the required course of action is to promptly restart the affected servers in order to clear the issue and restore normal performance levels. Due to the nature of the issue and its potential impact on service reliability, this maintenance must be performed as soon as possible and could not follow our standard two‑week advance notification process.
